WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE, PLEASE NOTIFY AHR WITHIN A WEEK OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THE STYLIST WHO PERFORMED YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE CAN MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR HAIR. 
THERE WILL BE A CHARGE IF YOU SEE ANOTHER STYLIST FOR ADJUSTMENTS. 



PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON LENGTH OF HAIR, THICKNESS OF HAIR, TIME REQUIRED OR PRODUCTS INVOLVED. FEEL FREE TO ASK YOUR STYLIST IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PRICE BREAKDOWN BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPOINTMENT OR BOOK A COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. 
IF YOU HAVE A BUDGET YOU DO NOT WANT TO EXCEED, PLEASE LET YOUR STYLIST KNOW BEFOREHAND AND THEY CAN ALTER THE PLAN TO STICK WITHIN IT. 
SOME COMPLEX OR CORRECTIVE COLOUR SERVICES MAY REQUIRE MULTIPLE VISITS TO ACHIEVE YOUR END GOAL. YOUR STYLIST WILL TELL YOU DIRECTLY IF YOUR GOAL CANNOT BE ACHIEVED IN ONE SITTING.
